Just as described. Clean and sitting perfectly between Hove and Brighton. 5 Minutes from beach. Ann-Marie great communicative host. Will recommend and use again for my family.

The room is decked out in grey - grey sofa, grey sheets and pillow cases on bed, grey towels, greyish carpet. There is a small black table and chairs. It is very good value for those wanting to self-cater.

Great little space to stop by if you’re doing something in Brighton. Clean, close to the beach, quiet in the evenings - tv with all the streaming bits you need and Literally the most refreshing shower I’ve ever experienced. WiFi and mobile reception in the room isn’t great, but you can still send messages and do the basics! Host lovely and helpful and will answer any questions you have!

I rented the apartment with my disabled child. The apartment smelled of cigarettes. Since we arrived late there was no way for me to look for an alternative. The next day I complained and was told that I could leave the apartment and I would be refunded for the remaining nights. But I could not rent another apartment from today to tomorrow at the same price! Also, the reason for our trip was related to pre-arranged meetings and we had a specific program for 3 days. Also, there is only one small radiator in the apartment, which must work for at least 2 days non-stop to heat the room. The lamp in the bathroom has a photocell and goes out every 1 minute. To activate it again you have to constantly take a step towards the toilet or wave your hand towards the toilet to have light to take a shower. An unpleasant feeling. I would no longer trust a person without a profile picture.
