Extremely attentive host with quick responses to questions and local recommendations made my visit easy! This apartment is a very nice, excellent option to get away from touristy downtown, with it still being easily accessible. The apartment was very clean, bright, quiet and well equipped with all the dishes blankets and towels you need. There’s a free washer and dryer on the same floor. ( The traditional ones. Not the combo ones that don’t dry) The gym was on the third floor. And warm rooftop pool to unwind and take in the sun. A restaurant and convenience store with everything from water to toothpaste to grab anything you may have forgotten. It’s located right outside the Airbnb. The bed and couch were comfortable and WiFi was wicked fast. Super recommended!!

My host was amazing and very responsive throughout my whole trip! The place was exactly how the pictures were! It was a great place to stay and was reasonable on price. The security guard at the front was very helpful at all times and made us feel safe while we were there.! I would recommend!

From Beginning to End Sofia and her Husband were making sure we were comfortable. Area is quite even with the construction surrounding. The room was clean and free of any critters. Front desk was welcoming. WiFi was perfect. Overall 5 out 5. Anything and everything I needed Sofia and husband gave us great help being our first time Tulum. Hot Tub was perfect. Running hot water and cold..Definitely would recommend if you want clean quiet and accommodating room and surround. Area was safe at night.
