Welcome to our cozy two-story brick retreat! this house is even more inviting and brighter. Nestled in a serene cul-de-sac, it sits high up, providing a tranquil escape. Inside, you'll find a spacious open-plan kitchen with a massive dining table, making it the perfect hub for gatherings and meals. A quick 5-minute drive lands you at Glenfield Mall, Birkenhead Mall, Northcote centre,Pak'nsave and other supermakets,pus jump on the highway for a fast track to the city centre. It's on the second floor. It's a warm and sweet room. there are four rooms for rent on the second floor and a granny flat for rent on the first floor.

Belle was very kind and responsive. It only takes 20-25 mins to get to CBD by 95B / 95C bus. Please note that the house is on the top of the hill so you need to walk uphill for 3-4 mins. The view from the balcony is stunning. I would recommend this place highly for people who want to explore Auckland and avoid the busy noisy city vibe!

I found the place without any problem, but the instruction to get inside the house is not clear. There are 2 lock boxes, 1 for the lower floor and 1 for the upper floor. I did not know there were 2 lock boxes for the house. I kept entering the code on the lock box on the 1st floor and could not open the lock box. I texted Belle, but no response. I called her and was told to go up stairs and enter the code on that lock box . After that, things are OK
