Welcome to the ultimate beach house escape! The Ply House Portarlington will give you that holiday feeling as soon as you walk through the doors. Set in a private and quiet court, once you are in the house, you will forget that anyone else is around. Our house boasts uninterrupted Bay views. Sit on the deck and take in the You Yangs, Geelong and Melbourne. Set over the beautiful Point Richards reserve, there are countless bird species to discover – the scenery is constantly changing. As for the house … it has a generous 6 bedrooms, accommodating up to 10 people. We have two full kitchens which makes the space perfect for a couple of families to share, or for the grandparents to join in the holiday fun. As well as this, there are three bathrooms and one large laundry space. There are three living areas so that everyone can have some space, two with smart TV’s. Bed 1 – Single bed (ground) Bed 2 – Double bed (ground) Bed 3 – Single bed (ground) Bed 4 – Queen bed and ensuite (ground) Bed 5 – Queen bed and ensuite (first) Bed 6 – 2 x Single beds (first)

Paul’s place was just perfect for a long weekend away! The views are absolutely stunning. The place is really versatile with lots of different rooms and multiple living spaces to chill out - all with great views and cosy chairs to curl up on. We loved all the furnishings and decorations - it was very much a fun, homely vibe. Paul was super responsive via message which made for an easy weekend away. We are keen to stay again and would definitely recommend!
Such a cool place! Most incredible view and really great value for money. Huge place with so many rooms. Love the eclectic decor and board games.
Paul's place is in a beautiful settings, with its own charm and characters. Lots of rooms for the family. We had a great time and the kids love watching the ducks and the sunset. Guests need to make sure if they want to cook breakfast, bring their own kitchen basic stuffs such as salt, peper, paper towels, tissues etc... as these are not provided (however these are not included in the listing so definitely not the Host's fault)
This house was unique and spacious. Backing onto the wetlands, it was both serene and spectacular. We even saw a pair of herons. Everyone in the family was able to have their own space within the house and utilise the communal areas when company was desired. Perfect for our teenagers. Paul was a wonderful host. We needed rest and relaxation and this beautiful house met our needs exactly.

Whether you are into fishing, after a coffee or a meal, fancy a dip at our beautiful beach or are keen to discover some of the Bellarine’s best winery’s, you’ll find our house is conveniently located close to all that Port has to offer.
Portarlington is quickly becoming the new gateway to the Bellarine, where you can discover many wonders and indulge in freshly caught seafood from the local mussel farms, as well as explore art galleries, cafes, and restaurants, including the renowned Q Train. From here, you can travel to the neighbouring towns of Queenscliff, Barwon Heads, and Ocean Grove.
Whether you are looking to relax and recharge, or simply reconnect with nature, this house offers the perfect holiday getaway.
From the Ply House, you can either take an easy stroll into Portarlington centre or jump in the car and be there in a few minutes. There is also a bus that runs hourly.
