Great stay! Very responsive and friendly host. Self-check in is a bonus. Location is pretty good - around 2.5km walk into Ruzafa and a bit further to the central area with the Old Town. About 2km-2.5km walk in the other direction to the beach. Lots of good supermarkets within walking distance and a metro stop around 400m away with a direct connection to the airport. There aren't many restaurants on the street but many available within 700m-1.5km walk if you do your research. Apartment itself is spacious and had the amenities listed - good to have a kettle and a toaster. Also a bonus to have a washing machine and a clothes rack, although we had to buy laundry detergent. An extra cloth / tea towel / hand towel would be good especially for longer stays. Bathroom was very clean, but apartment floors needed a better clean. Overall a great stay and I would recommend to those travelling to Valencia!

We loved our stay at Ruben's place, it was easy to find and near the metro station and busses that goes to the old town and Arts and Science Centre. Also, it is near to la Malvarossa it will be a perfect place to stay in terms of location. The place is spotless clean. It looked exactly like in the pictures.
