They speak Spanish and English and know the area very well! This house is a motel style house with a common area and private rooms. the rooms have their own private entrance and be locked at any time. The home caretakers live on the premises. You might see them on the premises cooking a meal or carrying out other duties. They are an extremely friendly couple who speak both English and Spanish. They do love to travel a lot, so you might not always see them. There is parking within the perimeter wall around the lot to keep your belongings and your vehicle safe.
