Colourful and bright flat with private parking along the street. A 15-minute walk from Corso Italia, in a strategic position for visiting the surroundings without giving up the convenience of services. Recently renovated, each room has its own soul. With a private studio overlooking the hills on one side and a terrace overlooking the city on the other. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, shopping centre, Luna Park, 20 minutes from the city of Christmas. The flat is located on the third floor, with a well-kept green corner in the entrance area shared with the condominiums. Each room is characterised by a different colour, which can be found in the furniture, on the walls and in the paintings, which characterise each room. Upon entering, one finds a hallway, which divides the house into five spaces. The first room, sugar-coloured, consists of a dining area with a wooden table seating four and a linear kitchen with kitchenette, refrigerator, sink, oven, kettle, capsule coffee machine and espresso mocha. The living area changes colour, turning bright red. The living room, with comfortable black leather sofa and TV, offers a panoramic terrace connected to the master bedroom. The cosy master bedroom, with warm wooden details, is coloured a soothing sage green. The room offers a practical wardrobe behind the bed, creating a play of light and shadow in an uncluttered environment. The room is connected to the living room terrace. The second bedroom is more dynamic and can be converted into a study by closing the comfortable sofa bed. Here you can enjoy the well-equipped wooden desk with ergonomic chair and table lamp. A relaxing window overlooks the sunset-lit hills. The colour of the room is a neutral taupe. The modern windowed bathroom is complete with a large shower cubicle, bidet, washbasin and toilet.

L'appartement est tel qu'il est décrit : coloré, lumineux et agréable à vivre. Très bien situé, à 15min à pied du centre, dans une zone tranquille. Virginia s'est montrée très réactive dans nos échanges et nous a même proposé un local fermé pour nos vélos sans que nous lui ayons demandé quoi que ce soit. Nous avons ensuite décidé de rester une nuit de plus, elle s'est montrée très flexible et amicale. Je reviendrai avec plaisir !!!
L'appartamento è carino e pulito. Consigliamo però di rivedere le attrezzature della cucina"; le posate sono "contate" (4 per tipo), mancano un paio di padelle in più, delle insalatiere più grandi, (l'appartamento è per 4 persone) dei mestoli per cucinare, i coltelli di servizio (es. per il pane), un apribottiglie ed un apriscatole. Sarebbe anche apprezzabile un cestino per i rifiuti in bagno e le buste per i rifiuti. I letti sono comodi; consigliamo però dei guanciali più "consistenti". Vi è stato un piccolo problema al momento del self check in quanto nella cassetta non c'era la chiave del portone. Abbiamo risolto grazie all'arrivo di un altro condomino che ci ha permesso di entrare nel portone ed una ventina di minuti più tardi è arrivato anche il proprietario di casa per portarci la chiave di riserva. Per il resto è stata un'esperienza positiva. L'appartamento si trova in una zona tranquilla e ben servita.
