This condo complex is beautiful and the grounds are kept up daily. The condo itself is gorgeous, but there are a number of amenities that need maintenance. The property management company was responsive, but unable to fix the hot tub, and did not look at the broken oven or the propane grill (this is really the condo owner’s responsibility, I feel). Don’t expect to cook here or use the rooftop hot tub and you won’t be disappointed.
Bocobay was nice and responsive, owner has own maintenance person. To many little things wrong. You should know the oven is broken, the grille is not working, the hot tub is not working, the tv hdmi cable is gone, that you need to change the batteries in the electric lock, (so you renters aren’t locked out for 3 plus hours, someone should know when the bed smell unbearable. Now even after all that, it is an amazing Condo, with an unbelievable view and pool and beach access. It a very clean look, the condo’s property management people were nice and helpful as well. Everything that was wrong and going to be wrong if it doesn’t receive a little more TLC could be fixed in a day. I would stay at this condo with my family again!!! It is a great property and fairly priced for what it offers if all is working.

Such a gorgeous apartment, our family really felt at home in this unit. The host was amazing with communication. Apartment was clean and even had games to play for the little ones in our family. You will not regret staying in this beautiful apartment!
We had a lovely stay. There were some things that needed attention and were dealt with quickly. The space was very clean and spacious. Communication was prompt and clear. Easy to work with.
