Just enjoyed a 4 night stay with Family from Victoria (we’re from QLD). We decided to each road trip and meet in Sydney to explore the city during school holidays. Milan’s house was the perfect setting for our group with lots of space and a fully equipped kitchen. There was even complimentary toiletries and laundry powder which meant we saved money that we could spend on experiences in the city. It was an easy walk to the train station and we caught the train to the city with relative ease (though expect delays during wet weather). The shops nearby are very convenient and everything was easily accessible with a pram. The house itself has everything you need and felt very comfortable. The wifi was also great and I’d happily stay again with a large group. Everyone had their own space but we were able to spend plenty of quality time together too. Thanks again Milan.

Despite a promising exterior and location, the property's interior and communication left much to be desired. Let's start with the outdoor space. While the land was sizable, it was underutilized and lacked inviting facilities, diminishing the potential enjoyment of the outdoors. Inside, the lack of personality or charm was evident. The sparse and basic furniture did little to create a welcoming atmosphere, and the absence of interior decor made the space feel sterile and uninviting. One of the most disappointing aspects of the stay was the communication with the host. Upon checkout, we inadvertently left behind some belongings, including toys and headphones belonging to our children. Despite our attempts to communicate and retrieve these items, the process was frustrating and ultimately fruitless. Even though the toys were found a few days later, the host provided no solution for their return or even offered to post them, leaving the children devastated.

Stayed here with a group of friends. House was big, very clean and everything easily accessible. It is located in a serene street very close to shops and the train station. The surroundings were safe and peaceful and Milan provided clear instructions for our stay, with prompt responses. Overall would definitely recommend a stay here if you are looking for a spacious accommodation or family friendly/quiet street, with easy access to your surroundings.

1, Ceiling fan above dining table wobbled badly - appears unsafe. 2, Lamp beside couch in lounge has exposed wires and not working. 3,Chair in upstairs bedroom was falling apart - unsafe. 4,MOULD in upstairs bathroom ,particuarly in shower. 5,No light in laundry. 6, Cutlery dirty. 7,Lack of towels and no hand towells at all. 8, No top sheets on beds. 9, Standard was poor for area. 10, House was tired and everything was a bare minimum. 11, Many items expected were not present. EG. small amount of coffee in jar was dried up in the bottom, no milk. 12, Several non working power points. 13, The place was dirty. 14, grass on back lawn unmown and unable to be used by a child.
