I don't know if it was Francisco or Hakim who moderated my Airbnb comunications stay, but I met Hakim on site. I give a low rating because I stayed on a matress on the floor, not at the described listing (bed, desk, closet).  In the process of booking, apparently there was a problem with water damage in the room - I was told to change my booking to a couple days later. I asked to cancel the booking and was told he couldn't because of my booking was the day before. Airbnb policies outline penalties for canceling at the last minute, so please don't treat me like a fool and make it as is I am the problem. I believe that my initial room was double booked, since I saw a guest in the room that I would have stayed in upon my departure.

Over all, it´s not a luxurious apartment, but it has what it needs (except for a lock on the door of the room, but there are hinges were you can put your own lock). It was a little bit dificult to open he door of the apartment, the lock needs some oil I think. Francisco wasn´t there, but Hakim showed me how to turn on the shower and where to put my stuff. I talked alot with Mica, very friendly and comunicative. I liked the balcony, would be better if there was a deck chair to lie on when the sun comes out. Definitly worth the money, it´s not much, but it´s honest housing.

Todo esta bien, no había ningún problema. El alojamiento está a un paseo del campus de universitarios y también de Blasco Ibáñez.

First of all, I think you get what you pay for. However, I wish some things would've been different, like the housemates not slamming the doors in the middle of the night or the possibility to blackout the balcony glass door. If you want a place in a good location for a cheap price, go for it, but wouldn't recommend it for someone that is noise sensitive.
