Tutto molto bene a casa di Manuel, l'alloggio è accogliente e ha tutto ciò che serve per sentirsi a casa. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere la spiaggia. Manuel è gentile simpatico e molto disponibile. Super consigliato!

Precisei ficar cerca de 1 mês em Valência para estudar. Fui muito bem recebida por Manuel e durante todo o período da estadia fui atendida no que precisei. Manuel é educado, gentil e respeita o seu espaço. Pra quem busca um lugar tranquilo, com energia leve, eu recomendo muito! :)

I worked remotely for one week from Manuel's house. The wifi is very good, it allowed me to work without any problem, and also the desk and the chair that are in the room are very comfortable. If you are looking for a flat to digitally work from, I would totally recommend this flat. Also, during the day it's very quiet. The position is perfect, I loved the neighborhood and in about 15 minutes walk I was able to go to the beach after work. Manuel allowed me to use the kitchen, that was very useful, and also he allowed me flexible check out hour. I had a really nice stay in Valencia, thank you!

The apartment is beautiful, really close to the beach, and not really far from the center. Manuel is really helpful and nice. I definitely recommend this place :)

Manuel is such a welcoming and generous host. The apartment is easy to find and really close to the beach. A bus stops right outside and can easily take you into the city centre within 30 minutes. Communication with Manu was so easy and unproblematic, and check in and out was therefore so easy. Would definitely recommend staying at Manu’s and would love to come back sometime☺️
