My modern one bedroom apartment is north facing and filled with natural light. The clever floorplan allows for a full sized kitchen and large, well laid out living space. I have filled my home with art and objects that I love and treasure, and have thoughtfully furnished with a range of both new and vintage furniture pieces, with an emphasis on comfort, and a place for my plants! Bedding is high quality French linen (Bed Threads and I Love Linen) with a pillow top mattress and soft pillows.

Nicki’s place is just as described. It’s in a well maintained complex with easy access from car to accommodation. Her unit is very comfortable and has a relaxed quality feel about it. It’s in a great area with a lot of choice of restaurants and cafés nearby. We’ve stayed in many AirBnBs and Nicki’s place is one of the best.

South Preston is a thriving neighbourhood and community offering a plethora of amazing places to eat, drink and shop, as well as many live music venues. A short walk to High St where all the action is, but far enough away to be peaceful.
There is secure basement parking for one car which you will have access to. Bell Station is a 3 minute walk and runs through Richmond and Jolimont into the city. Tram 86 is a 4 minute walk and goes into the city via Thornbury, Northcote and Collingwood.
