Regent House has a spectacular elevated view of the River Wharf. Whether it's morning coffee, afternoons playing table tennis, pizza oven dinners or sipping sun-downer cocktails, the large rear decking is the place to be as you take in the wonderful views. Walk down the steps to the bottom garden, past the trampoline and the treehouse and out of the rear gate and you're on the river path, ready to access wonderful walks. 20 minutes stroll and you can be in Ilkley centre or on Ilkey Moor. We've lived in Regent House since 2013, we hope that you'll enjoy living in our house as much as we do. We will do all we can to ensure your stay is truly enjoyable and memorable. Ground Floor - large decked area ------------------------------------- The double doors open onto the decking which has long views up and down the River Wharfe and up to the beginning of the Yorkshire Dales national park. Quality outdoor sofas and a table make this area a true extension of our home. A large gas powered (Weber) BBQ will be available for use and on request (for a small fee) we can make the pizza oven available for use. The table tennis table (with bats and balls) will be available and ready to use. Ground Floor - Internal -------------------------- We have an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner entertaining space with a log-burner and TV. 5 people can comfortably sit around the kitchen island for informal dining, 8 can be seated at the dining table. The kitchen has a 6-burner cooker, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. The utility room off of the kitchen has an additional "booze" fridge along with a washing machine, dryer, sink and plenty of storage for dried goods. We have a downstairs office (that also doubles as a 5th bedroom for 1 guest if required - or a separate TV room with sofa if not needed as a bedroom). There is a WC under the stairs. First Floor ----------- Main bathroom - full-sized bath with shower. Bedroom 1 - This is the master bedroom with a super-king bed and an en-suite shower room. Large doors open up onto the roof terrace with wonderful views of the river. Power sockets by each side of the bed. Bedroom 2 - A double bed with large doors opening up onto the roof terrace. Power sockets by each side of the bed. Bedroom 3 - A reasonably sized room with bunk beds. Bedroom 4 - A small room with a cabin bed - desk underneath. Bedroom 5 - This is on the ground floor (see "downstairs office").
