Found this wonderfully warm and inviting stay after the weather played havoc with our plans to camp in Warburton. My 16yo daughter especially loved the decor. The wood fire warmed up the house, and it stayed that way overnight. The setting in Warburton is very peaceful with the surrounding mountains, and the Yarra flowing through the township. We’ll be back.

Tania’s place was perfect for a family weekend in Warburton. The cottage is cosy, well-equipped and with comfortable beds and living space. The description was accurate with practical information to prepare for the stay and Tania gave very clear instructions for finding the place and checking in. At the house, there is a detailed ‘handbook’ and helpful instructions about using and caring for the facilities, plus information about the area and tips for things to do. The kitchen is spacious and equipped for basic cooking and there is a small table for eating - serviceable but would be difficult if you were planning for shared meals to be a feature of your stay. We loved hearing the birdsong in the morning, there is a big outdoor space, bbq to use and great views.

We stayed 3 nights, had a lovely quiet stay, while we caught up with family. Warby is still magical, even from 20 yrs ago when we lived here.
