This is a fully remodeled 3 bed 3 bath home but 2 beds & 1 bath are kept locked & unrented. The kitchen is fully equipped. A covered patio with a hot tub, pond & waterfall is a nice retreat. Due to the hot tub young children are not allowed alone in yard. We do allow 1 dog but not cats. If you have 2 dogs you cannot do an instant booking and will have to contact us first and there will be an additional fee. It faces west so you do not get any early morning sun on the windows. To save on cleaning fees the 2nd and 3rd bedroom along with 3rd bath are locked and left unused.
