(i.e. do not book for "2 guests" and show up with more. 2 Guest Max Occupancy.) --No Pets- showing up with a pet subjects your reservation to eviction/cancellation. --Not suitable Toddlers/kids under 12 Non-childproof/soundproof due to shared aspects, retreat type vibe, other guests seeking quiet retreat stay and etc. No infants under 2 years old due to safety (see addl house rules). --No Smoking indoors-includes cigarettes, vaping, electric pipes. There are designated outdoor smoking areas. —Safety- carbon monoxide detectors, smoke detectors, and fire extinguishers are all equipped in the apartment.
