The initial automated messaging after booking, via the app was ridiculous. I was also asked multiple times (app, phone, email) for various types of ID (NIE, passport etc) - the whole communication process needs simplifying as it was VERY frustrating trying to understand it all. . Other than that everything was great, and all other minor issues addressed quickly and throughly by the host who was super friendly :-) Lovely little villa and location too.
