My wife and I enjoyed celebrating our 30th Anniversary at this Lobelville home. The home had great views, was cozy and had everything we needed for our short stay. We would like to return in the near future.
My first time booking a B n B. Didn’t write down entrance code and no cell service til inside to use wiFi. MY BAD! Drive to town to get cell service, called Amy and she responded immediately. Once inside my mistake was forgotten as I felt completely at home and lucky to have found the perfect getaway. The owner is obviously an artist extraordinaire and there are little surprises throughout the home. The river is wider and more turquoise than pictures show. Huge grandpa turtles sun themselves on logs without shyness. The porch is as described. Books and music available. The only reason I only gave 4 stars for the cost is because I’m Scotch Irish and think EVERYTHING should be less expensive. 😁 It’s a dreamy house!
LOVED this stay in Lobelville. I stayed here alone and felt completely safe, protected, and delighted with the house and its amenities. The deck overlooking the river is wonderful, and the views of river and fields are just amazing. I only wish one could see out the windows from the bed. I get the divider wall, but I wished more than once that it wasn't there. The kitchen is well-equipped, which is good because good restaurants are not thick on the ground in this part of Tennessee. I loved the plants, the bathroom, and the cozy feeling of the bed nook. The furniture is a bit low if, like me, you have some mobility issues, but it's comfortable and clean, and the house has a boho feel that's very welcoming.
