This 2nd floor unit was just constructed in 2023 with tall vaulted ceilings, 8ft tall doors, full kitchen, and an awesome balcony with Mountain/Sunset views! On the balcony enjoy your morning coffee or dinner looking at the sunset. You get individual climate control in the bedrooms and the living room. This is a totally seperate unit from the house downstairs with it’s own kitchen, living room, bathroom, and 2 bedrooms. Enjoy the vaulted ceilings an the balcony with a Mountain View. Everything is brand new construction in 2023.

Eddie's place was nice and clean. Very close to major stores. Easy parking and views of Colorado's snow cap mountains. Will definitely stay again.
