My group of 3 had a great stay with Kelly & Kasey. Everything mentioned in the listing/photos was accurate in what she offered. The instructions to check in and where to park, were very forward and easy to follow. Thank you for being flexible with my check in time!! The Keurig/ coffees she leaves out was a life saver for us in the mornings, and having washer/dryers access was a great bonus as well. The location was good for us in terms of traveling, we didn’t want to visit one area so it was a great medium. As mentioned in the listing, it is a basement so you do hear a lot of the activity from upstairs. It wasn’t really a problem for us as it helped us start the day early. The first night, we did have some struggles with getting the TV working, but Kelly was very responsive and came to fix it in a timely manner.

Very impressed with the space. and to say her and her b/f weren't accommodating is an understatement. It was a wonderful place for a small family to spend the holidays. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a home away from home.

Great place in a convenient location! Perfect for our trip. Close to the airport and the stadium. Kelly was very nice and responsive. She made sure we felt very welcome and at home. I would definitely stay here again!

It was great stay and nothing much to complain about and it’s fairly priced. The area it’s very much a suburb and while you can take public transportation, I would highly consider getting a car. It’s also important to noticed that’s it’s a basement so naturally you will hear a lot of noice from upstairs. If I would stay here again if I was planning to stay close to Denver and rent a car.
