jacuzzi was really nice. The place is beautiful and do recommend. Gym is decent as well. The view of ocean is nice too.

Absolutely stunning views from the apartment, being on the corner granted unparalleled city and ocean views. Location on the Malecon made for convenient access to nearby sights and served as a great home base. Would recommend and come back if I'm in Mazatlan again. Hosting team was very responsive with any issue via messaging. Building staff also incredibly friendly and helpful, shout-out to Moises who provided any in person supported. Some minor downsides: Thankfully I am a very heavy sleeper but the apartment is poorly sound proofed from street noise and lacks blackout curtains, which can be bad if you're a light sleeper. Linens and some apartment finishes are a bit worn and in need of an update.

I’d like to give this listing 5 stars but I can’t because of a few things that need to be addressed . First the great parts: the apartment is huge, the view is unbelievable as you look down at a million dollar ocean view. The wraparound deck was lovely & we enjoyed sitting out there. The king sized bed was comfortable. The apartment is not in the middle of the tourist zone & we loved that. It was a short walk to Centro with restaurants & shops as well as the mercado. The things we were disappointed about were: no courtesy bottles of water as promised (tap water not safe), the listing says that it included coffee etc but there wasn’t any. The drapes are listed as room darkening but are sheer and the sun wakes you up at 6 am. There is no deck furniture to sit on despite a huge deck. The bed pillows were horrible and need to be replaced. Several remotes had dead batteries. None of these are deal breakers but need to be addressed to make this a 5 star property.

The rental was just as described in the listing and great in-person. The kitchen had everything needed to cook a meal. The views were amazing. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the 10-15 minute walks to downtown and Olas Altas. There was a small convenience store and a few tacos shops very close by for the times we didn’t want to venture out. We would definitely rent this unit again!
