Shared communal areas with several different living spaces overlooking Paihia township and the ocean. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach restaurants/bars and 10 mins to the town centre! Situated on a hill overlooking Paihia. Best suited for travellers/backpackers that enjoy a social environment, a laugh and share a love of traveling. 70's style house and furnishings, gernerally clean and tidy but there are imperfections and is certainly not a 5 star luxury. There is plenty of space so even on a busy day theres still tranquil locations to relax in. Guests have their own private room, all other areas are shared. The room is a reasonable size with one King Bed and one Single bed that can be separated by a curtain. Toilet room is separate to the bathroom.
