位置很好，交通便利，步行也能到达很多景点，公寓与照片一致，卫生干净，房东回复也很及时。

Great accommodation, was just like the photos. Perfect location for us as we were half on holiday and half at an exhibition at Bologna Fiere. (It was a 15 minute walk to the centre, 10 mins to the station and 20 minute walk to the Fiere) The apartment was clean and check in was easy, even though it was late at night when we arrived. We stayed for a full week and it had all we needed. The only slight negative was the drainage in the shower which was really slow, a two minute shower meant the shower tray was full. The kitchen seemed fully stocked but we didn’t use it as there are so many fabulous restaurants within walking distance you don’t really need to cook. Would definitely recommend for anyone who is attending the Fiere, it was a much better location than many people I knew who had booked closer to the exhibition centre. Thanks Patrizio, we had a great stay!

The accommodation was clean, very spacious with an excellent location near the station and at the same time within walking distance to the center. Basically, there were two supermarkets opposite. Patrizio gave us lots of local tips. The neighbors are quite noisy and you can hear it in the apartment. It would be good to fine-tune details such as better crockery, a completely crooked pan, and a poorly draining waste in the shower in the bathroom.

Appartement correspondant à la description, très confortable et propre. Localisation pratique entre le centre et la gare. Patrizio est réactif et l'arrivée se fait facilement. Je recommande.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. The location is excellent, it is within walking distance within 15 min from both the train station and the city centre. The apartment is spacious, fully equipped , we had everything we needed, I especially appreciate the large bathroom and washing machine. Communication with the host was excellent. We would definitely recommend.
