Welcome to our "Casa Bonita", your home away from home & Boaters paradise. Surrounded by fresh air, sunshine, tropical palms, centrally located for easy commute to beaches & shopping. Canal leads to the Spring Creek Channel flowing out to the Gulf of Mexico. 2- Kayaks and 1- paddle board provided during your stay to use at your own risks. Boat dock/lift available if you choose to rent a boat durning your stay. Your Fur-family is welcomed too! Come make memories & have "SUN & FUN". SEE YA SOON!

We had a great week visiting Teresa's place! The house had everything that we needed. Teresa was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions that we had. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. We especially enjoyed sitting along the canal and watching the manitees!
We were very happy with property. It was very comfortable, good layout & nice patio pool area. Very friendly host with easy check in and checkout. We would stay there again
Wir waren als Familie mit unserer 6-jährigen Tochter und meiner Mutter dort. Von Beginn an haben wir uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Teresa hat uns sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen und uns hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Der Aufenthalt wurde abgerundet durch die tolle Ausstattung der Küche und für unsere kleine Tochter gab es jede Menge Spielsachen. Wir können dieses Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

There's plenty of parking in the driveway for 5 cars. No street parking. Centrally located and easy commute to shopping, restaurants, beaches, attractions and airport. You'll need a car to get around or can Uber very easily.
