Very privacy with the entire space sitting on ground level with its own entry. Good insulation that I almost don't have to turn heater on during the 40-55 F degree. Looks like new structure. Since it has 2 ND bedroom upstairs with full bath, we gain a good size half bath downstairs comparing with others they have only 1 bathroom for 2 even 3 bedrooms. Walking distance to markets and other stores. Few years ago I was mislead by the ad and only found down the unit was in basements when checking in by a stair leading to underground!!!. I was so disappointed and it really ruined my stay. I had No mood to cook at all , even though owner provided plenty of utensils, several size of knifes , dishes, bowls , pots, pans...Since then I have been checking closely to find an unit on ground level like Celine's one. I highly recommend this cozy and bright unit in a convenient area between Vancouver and Burnaby.

It was a really good experience overall, Celine was always responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We thought the place was a little bit smaller than it looked but it was't an issue. Would definitely recommend!
