Villa 11 is located on the Melia Dunas part of the Dunas Resort, the villa is set in its own grounds with private garden & pool. The villa is private and not part of the Hotels all. inc. scheme making it a great place to base your self catering holiday. Town is 5 mins away by car or taxi, guests can use the resort based facilities on a private account basis. The villa is spacious and perfect for couples seeking a relaxing holiday or families.

Apartment was clean and pleasant to stay. Security cameras and guards were present within the complex itself. It is self catering villa amongst other villas and within Melia Duna all inclusive complex. it is 10 minutes walk from small local grocery shop and 15 minutes walk from a lovely beach restaurant Ponta Preta. Taxi to Santa Maria (where all shops and restaurants are) costs 4-5 euros.

I have been living and working in Santa Maria for nearly 15 years now, we set up our holiday rental business purely by accident, somebody asked us to look after the keys to their apartment 10 years ago ! so we did, and now we have nearly 180 apartments !!!! Santa Maria has the most amazing beach life and we are truly blessed to have the opportunity to live and work here. Please come and enjoy the place we now call home. Hope to see you soon.
