Modern two-bedroom self-contained flat, with its own separate entrance & deck area. A great place for either two couples or a family of four to take some time to kick back. Relax on the deck while you enjoy a coffee or glass of wine and enjoy the view. This home has an amazing view looking across the water to Waiheke Island, a 5 min walk to the beach, cafes, ice cream parlor, and authentic Indian restaurant. About 100m the other way is a dairy, takeaway, bakery, petrol station with laundromat.

Lovely 2 bdr unit, nicely presented and in a great area close to the beach with a view of the water from the patio. We loved walking along the beach path. Would stay again.
Place is well looked after and worth the price, great location near beach and clean property. Easy stay n I have stayed in many air bnb n this would be one of the best.

The local area has coastal walking and cycling tracks, you can walk or bike from Maraetai to Beachlands via the Omana beachfront walkway. A short 5-minute drive the the local shopping centre complete with supermarket (Woolworths), pharmacy, medical centre, dentist, physiotherapist, cafes, takeaways, gym, liquor store, and hardware store.
Also located within a short drive is the local golf course and Pine Harbour with more restaurants and ferry service to central Auckland CBD. It is a 40-minute drive to Auckland International Airport.
