It was an amazing experience and everything was great. The whole family loved it . The place felt really homey and it had a nice vibe to it . The place was clean and looked just like the pictures. Would definitely love to visit again .
Great house and lots of activities for the family and kids. The game room and whole home audio system were constantly used and made for a great experience. The master suite and bathroom were great for parents needing a little separation from the kids. The kitchen was.well equipped and great for cooking. We would definitely stay again.
Our stay at the Happy House was great! The house was in fantastic condition and was perfect for two families with little kids. We loved our relaxing stay and would highly recommend this property!
We had a great time at the Wander Home. The couch was super comfortable and the house was beautiful. Plenty of room the steam shower was a highlight.
We had a wonderful stay at the happy house. It was very large and as described. The neighborhood was peaceful and check in was very easy. The beds and couches were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. We cooked both breakfast and dinner in the kitchen, using the grill. The hot tub was wonderful though it did have a slight funky smell. There were some small cleanliness issues, crumbs on the couch, trash left under things in the bedrooms and dirty towels left in the closet. There was no sponge to wash dishes. Overall a great stay despite the housekeeping issues, and worth it with the parking and community fees

Drive, bike, or walk within the community. You will need a car to go anywhere outside of the community. Uber and taxi cabs are available in the area, but can have long wait times or be difficult to find.
We strongly recommend that you travel in an AWD/4WD vehicle. We are located in the mountains and roads tend to be sloped and can get very icy.
