This tidy space was indeed very peaceful, but it's a bit too remote for still being surrounded by neighbors (it's a duplex surrounded by duplex's). Our biggest issue was that the heat was blocked from being set above 68 and since it was rainy and cloudy when we checked in we couldn't take the chill off. But the coffee bar was exceptional and everything else was great.

Great place. I enjoyed the quiet serenity. Be sure to get groceries before arriving. That way you can enjoy peace and relaxation! Roxanne was EXCELLENT with communication!

Roxanne’s place was perfect for our short stay. It was a 30 min drive to the races but nice to stay somewhere quiet. There are restaurants in Hot Springs village that we found convenient. Roxanne was very responsive when we had questions.

My family of four loved our stay at the Peaceful pond. Roxanne was very responsive to any questions we had and made sure that we had everything we needed. The beds were comfy, everything was very nice and clean. Lots of blankets to use. We took advantage of the free mini golf course at the Desoto recreation center and Roxanne even had some putters and balls that we could use so we didn't have to rent any equipment. My kids enjoyed the playground there as well as the pickleball courts (you have to pay for those, but they are very nice and well worth it!) We would stay here again!
