This was my first bad experience using AirBnb. I booked this villa months ago and it did not have many reviews. A few days before check in, I saw a newly posted review of someone claiming they were being switched to another villa by the host(last minute) due to an AC leak and felt it was a scam.. This was a red flag, because the villa has a split AC unit(every room has an independent AC). I immediately contacted the host to very everything was fine with my reservation and I was informed at that time the roof was leaking and the villa would not be available, but she had another to offer. Being that it was now 2 days before arrival, I accepted the villa. A few hours before I was scheduled to arrive, the host contacted me stating that the new villa was no longer available either and she had a 3rd option(absolutely terrible). I requested a full refund at this point. There was difficulty in getting a refund from the host, so I had to contact AIRBNB. The issue was taken care of immediately.

The host messaged me the day before and said their AC was broken and they suggested a smaller place for my group of 10. BEWARE OF SCAM. This happened to me before as well, I tried to book a place and last minute they recommend a smaller place. The place looks beautiful in pictures but I did not stay so unable to give bad or good review.

The place is spacious and had many features that were very fancy! Each bedroom is comfy and roomy, including the toilets. The pool was good, and after letting the waterfall run for a bit, we were able to enjoy the pool and even my friends with sensitive skin had no issues with cleanliness of the water. Something not mentioned there is a domestic helper that stays on the premises. After a hectic night we left food on the table to clean up the next day but instead found it had already been cleaned up for us, which was much appreciated. Still, there was some issues like rubbish and hair from previous tenant in some of the toilets, and there is also a mosquito problem which wasnt good for my friend who is allergic to mosquito bites. We had issues whenever we tried using grab delivery or transport to the location with the address provided but might be grabs fault. the KTV system requires very long download of songs and we didn't get to enjoy it fully as a result. Good stay still!
