We stayed with our kids at Angie’s place. Perfect location next to beach and about. 35 minutes to Wasaga beach. The home had everything we needed. It is perfect for families . Angie was very responsive . Would definitely want to stay another time .

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is organized, modern, clean, cozy, has all the utensils in the kitchen and bedrooms. The outside area is excellent. It has two grills and lots of firewood available to make a fire, lots of toys for the kids. How much adults and children loved it!! We want to come back!

The cottage was very clean, spacious, modern and had everything you could possibly need. The separate water tap with filtered drinking water, beach parking permit and firewood were a huge bonus. Angie and her husband were also very easy to communicate with and very quick to respond to messages. Would love to stay at Angie’s cottage again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay in Balm Beach. Our cottage had everything you would need for a week stay. We traveled with 5 Adults and 2 Children, this cottage had enough space for all of us. Well maintained both inside and out. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, dishes and cutlery and the two bathrooms suited us very well. The outdoor living space is a great extension to the cottage. Our hostess had a bulletin board with instructions for anything you might have a question about as well as a parking pass for Tiny Township. I would highly recommend a stay at this location and would surely consider visiting again in the future.
