Came to town for a wedding. I needed a place to share with my brother that did not cost a lot. This fit the bill. Everything was exactly as described. It is a no-frills stay, but he verifies with you to make sure you understand that. Bed was comfy. Snacks provided came in helpful. Available for questions or small needs, but did not need anything extra once we arrived. There is not a stove, but a hotplate and microwave are provided. We did enjoy the closeness of the shops and food choices. Neighbors of the complex were quiet. For being almost next door to the hospital, we really did not hear either the helicopter of the ambulances while inside. My biggest surprise was not with the unit but that the Walmart across the street is a neighborhood market. That means grocery store only, which is not how they setup their stores in my area. Very pleased with our stay.

The apartment was just as described. Easy access, close to shops and food, and on or off street parking. Exactly what I wanted during my stay in Phoenix.
