This is a nice place to stay, walkable to the city centre but away from any noise. It also has parking which is a boon for Wellington. You do need to climb a fair few steps to get to the property so bear that in mind if you have limited mobility. The breakfast supplied (fruit, muesli, yoghurt) is very nice and there are laundry facilities. Hosts are very friendly and responsive. And there is a great craft beer bar 10 minutes walk away (they had 16 beers to choose from).

Mark and Ross' place was so peaceful and quiet with lovely birdsong and an incredible view. Parking was super easy on the road in front and the walk up the stairs was easier than I thought they would be. Loved the fruit and granola. I would stay here again.

Located in a quite area with easy walking access to CBD, this sleep out is great when you want to explore Wellington and enjoy some fresh air and birdsong for your accommodation. Extraordinary helpful and friendly hosts, will stay again.

Mark and Ross have a beautiful place that has as much of the comforts and separation to feel like an ‘entire place’ listing. I enjoyed chatting with Ross who kept me updated with fresh fruit and put some high quality provisions in my fridge. It is a beautiful setting and very comfortable indeed. The neighbourhood of the Aro Valley is a strong community hub - and there are a few local businesses worth checking out. The 25 bus connects well from there to the station, Thorndon etc.
