Christina’s home was out of a fairytale . I absolutely LOVED EVERY BIT OF IT. lol Christina was very nice and helpful with any information we needed. We had such a beautiful time at her home and my boyfriend loved the cute tiny kitty’s roaming around the house. I would highly recommend this home for your stay but definitely bring bug repellent.
We had a wonderful time here. The decor is a bit chaotic, but it’s as shown in the photos. We tripped on the layered flooring a few times. The no visitors rule was a bummer and it was a little hard to relax with the security cameras and all the rules, but it was all disclosed to us before so I can’t really complain. It’s a gorgeous spot, the location is fantastic, the kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed, and the AC, while finicky, is an essential for our group. We’d happily come back!

*Kaloli Point is 1.5 miles away and just above sea level with striking coastal views. Hui Hanalike Park is a favorite spot for day picnics and fisherman. There is also a private beach, Ha’ena/Shipman Beach, which is an adventure! It requires a two hour hike through the jungle and along the coast.
Ha'ena Beach, Trail at HPP On Kaloli Point, any time of the day you can see people walking to the tide pools, walking their dogs on the many trails and roads, hiking the Shipman Trail to the beach, bike riding with their children, fishing from the cliffs or picnicing with their o’hana. Kaloli Point is a unique and pleasant area with much to offer the buyer who is looking for a rural environment but a safe neighborhood feel.
Uber and Lyft is now available in Hilo and Kona. Taxi from the airport or suggest getting a cheap car rental.

I am a Fashion Designer for over 20 years and I am lucky to have traveled to New York, Chicago, Miami, Mexico, India, London, China, Sailed the Grenadine islands, Bahamas, Turks and Caicos. So much more to explore in this short life we live.. We bought a nice piece of property on the big island on the Hilo Side. We will be starting a bed and breakfast and eventually try to build a small resort. We also reside in Baja California in La Mision 45 min south of the border.
