Very big place. Has to walk a bit to get a taxi because taxis (and food panda/grabfood) are not allowed inside the neighborhood. Relaxing environment.

We booked 4 nights but had to move out on the 3rd day as there was loud and disruptive partying the night before by a group of guests in the other unit that went on till past midnight. There were about 24 people from that group. We barely slept and in the morning were awakened again by their noise at 5am. When the property staff approached them to control their noise, they got very aggressive and we heard another guest scream "stop it might fire." They were loud, drunk, and disruptive. We reached out to the host and asked for his assistance to safely escort us out of the compound. The property is within a compound that does not allow taxis inside. The host only apologized but did nothing. We did not feel safe staying there another night so we had to contact a friend in the area to find us a private car and pick us up from the unit. I was traveling with my 3-year old child and my elderly mother. This has been my worst airbnb experience.

We had a great time staying at your unit. It's clean and your staff are very helpful. This is one of the places we will return to next time we go to Baguio.

The place is great, very peaceful. Just not friendly to senior citizens since the stairs are quite steep. Not also friendly to tall men 5'10" above to urinate on the toilets since you have to bend backwards due to the slant ceiling. Electric Fan is too loud since it was not that cold on our 2nd night.
