The house was cozy and very clean. The beds and sofas were very comfortable and the bathrooms were newly remodeled. Great location if you attending a Hawkeye game. The only difficulty we had was that there was no hand railing on the steps to enter the house (my wife has leg problems). Other than that we had a good stay!

This was the perfect home for my family visit to Iowa City. it accommodated my family of 4 along with grandparents. We had a hospital stay at UHIC, and Bobby's place was so conveniently located near the hospital that we could walk to and from there as needed. They did a wonderful job renovating the home, with brand new appliances in the kitchen and tasteful decor throughout the home. The fridge was stocked with water and condiments and there is a keurig coffee machine. Check in and out was seamless, and the owners were easily contactable.. The only thing to note is that the bathroom is located away from the upstairs bedroom, not the biggest deal, but a little inconvenient with our 2 small kids. The master bed on the first floor does have an ensuite though. Everything else was great, and we would return again.

Bobby & Maria were easy to rent from. The space was amazing. One of my people left a couple items and they gladly shipped it to me. Took away any stress from that situation.

Thank you to Bobby and Maria. House was exactly what we needed to be near the University of Iowa Hospital. They both checked in with us to make sure we had what we needed. It was quite with plenty of room for 5 people.

The home was just what I needed. I loved the welcome note we even got chips and dip and he supplied water bottles. Very modern kitchen. I would love to stay again. My family was comfortable without having to pay an arm and a leg for it. Thanks Bobby
