The place is spacious. There are lots of toys and games, which are good for a family with kids. The bathrooms are updated and very clean.

Great property- Great Host- We didn’t get to take advantage of most of the cool things about the house as most of our young people didn’t end up coming. I could see how awesome everything would have been though. My sister and daughter had fun with the peddle boat and I have some fun pictures. The house was great for playing cards, which we did every night. The beds were extremely comfortable. My brother said he had the best sleep he has had in a long time. The host had a great book to answer any questions we would have. There was also a list of resteraunts that was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Our summer stay at this Lake Winnipesaukee property was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home and ready for a lakeside adventure. Comfort & Amenities: The central A/C was a blessing during the hot summer days, making our stay comfortable throughout. The house was fully equipped with all we needed—linens, towels, a full kitchen, and even a wet bar! The Weber Grill with real charcoal cooking was the perfect way to end our days. Outdoor Activities: The 75-foot sandy beach was our personal slice of paradise. We had a fantastic time using the complimentary kayaks and canoes, and the life preservers provided ensured we could enjoy the water with peace of mind. Location: The property is a convenient drive away from Laconia and Weirs Beach, giving us the option to explore the local sights and attractions when we felt like venturing out. Thank you for an unforgettable summer getaway! We're already planning our next visit.

Mark is very responsive and willing to provide any helpful information about his house and the area. His house is clean, comfortable for a family and he makes you feel very at home with his personal suggestions. The cove location and neighborhood is quiet and great for a relaxing vacation. There is a great swimming spot outside the cove and it is pretty easy and quick to get to the main part of the lake by boat. A great camp at the lake.
