Stayed here with our 2 young kids and had a wonderful time at Sean’s home! Lots of toys and games to entertain the kids. Great home base locations for lots of winter activities nearby! The view from the living room onto the lake was just magical!

We had a wonderful stay at Sean’s house! It was extremely cozy and offered plenty of space for the four of us and our dog. We loved the beautiful lake and mountain views and really appreciated the secluded atmosphere. The kitchen was well stocked and provided us with all the essentials we needed for preparing all our meals. The beds were extremely comfortable and the entire house was immaculate and aligned perfectly with the photos and amenities that were described. The living room was so comfortable and we enjoyed using the pellet stove! The house is conveniently located just a short drive to coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. The checkin and checkout process was seamless and Sean provided excellent communication. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Great place to stay. We loved the location at the small pond. There is no connections for boats from winnipesaukee lake and no motorboats allowed. So the water was very calm and it was very quite. Perfect for stand up paddle, kayak, ... Sean was very helpful when we forgot an item in the house. Had in back in a few days. Thanks!

We very much enjoyed our stay! The house was beautiful and the views were spectacular! I enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning from the dock while I went fishing and I was lucky enough to catch a few! 😊 The gated deck was great for our pup and he loved sunning himself. We also loved the deck and the grill and ate outside every night except the last and only because of the weather. The bed was comfortable and the living room was great with the big screen TV and reclining chairs. I wish we could have slept in the king bed upstairs though. I didn’t read the “more” on the house rules and didn’t realize pets were not allowed upstairs. My husband and I slept in the full size bed downstairs and never used the bedroom upstairs because of this. I wouldn’t leave my dog downstairs by himself as he is used to being by us. I also brought a brand new couch cover, but because of not reading further I didn’t realize pets couldn’t go on furniture either. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay.😊👍
