I’ve taken some time to think about this review because I hate writing bad reviews and I don’t think this house necessarily needed it because Romy was responsive before the trip began. The house was big and pretty. Location was nice because it was walking distance to the house. The only issues I had with the house is that most of the amenities that we were excited to use unfortunately did not work, the hot tub did not work even after maintenance looked at it. Elevator was broken and the door was locked for a day with food stuck in there. Romy had reached out to try and compensate for food but there was too much broken amenities for me to go back and forth with them. Fireplace did not work. The pull out couch was broken and tried to put together tape. As well as some of the kids game broken and tried to be put back together with tape. If the amenities have worked I would’ve rated this place a 5/5.

Great house directly next to the beach with easy access and great layout. Romy was extremely responsive to all questions we had and made our time very easy

We absolutely loved staying here!!! It was the perfect location for the beach since it is a private beach so it wasn’t ever crowded. The house was beautiful and huge!! Romy was great at responding and the listing was true to the experience. Highly recommend and we will be going back!
