Luxury accommodation nestled in the corner of the square in the historic village of Falkland. Warbeck House offers magical night time views of the Bruce Fountain and Falkland Palace. The spiral staircase in the tower provides access to a beautifully furnished reception room, bedrooms, and a wonderfully spacious master suite with dressing room and ensuite bathroom. Each room has charm and character, making this a stylish place to relax or dine with family and friends. This stunning C-Listed, 19th century building is accessed via a cobbled passageway. The front door leads directly onto the tower stair case. 1st floor comprises of large reception room with 3 double sofas, wood burning stove, dining table and chairs, and TV. A large family kitchen, bathroom, and king size (or twin) bedroom with writing desk and chair are also found on the 1st floor. On the mid level you will find a quirky gabled double room with walk in dressing room. A spacious suite, with unique views of the square occupies the top floor. Beautifully furnished with super king bed, sofa with foot stool, desk and chair, it also has a walk through dressing room and full ensuite bathroom. Toiletries, bed linen and towels are provided for all guests. There is no garden but Falkland Estate with it's pretty woodland walks and hill access is a short walk away. Due to its' age and character this property is not suitable for those with mobility issues. Very young children should be supervised on the stairs.

Extroadinary, luxurious, beautiful; homely. The hideaway nature of the bathroom of the master bedroom added an unexpected extra layer of relaxation. I seldom write a review, but this is worthy of a reccomendation.
I visited Falkland with my family (husband and 19 month old), brother, sister in law and two nephews. We had two in travel cots, but this was no issue at all. Both travel cots fitted in the bedrooms - one in the downstairs bedroom and the other in the master suite on the top floor. Shirley was extremely helpful prior and during our stay. While we were there we visited Glasgow, Stirling, other areas within Fife and caught the train into Edinburgh. All of this was extremely easy due to its location - the train station was 10 minutes away with free parking. We went on plenty of walks around the village and up to the Falkland Estate. The door handles were perfect as it meant my 19 month could not open them (round turn knobs). Thank you for making our stay perfect. We would also recommend visiting Helen's bakery in the village!
What a beautiful house! And what an amazing place to stay. The location was excellent and Shirley was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We would definitely book again for the next time we're visiting Fife. In fact, a few of us would like to live there!

Amazing house. One of the best places I’ve stayed. Very luxurious but very homely at the same time. Very tastefully decorated. Beds were unbelievably comfortable. Bathrooms were great. Can recommend highly enough.

There are regular bus services in and around Falkland, but car is by far the easiest way to travel.
The nearest train stations are Ladybank and Markinch, which sit on the East coast line
