we enjoyed staying at Natasha's cottage. It was very peaceful and quiet. When we first walked in though it was very cold because we arrived at 4pm and the heating was still off. But once on, the house is warm and cosy. There's a log burner in the living room and we enjoyed using that too. Wifi worked well. The utilities such as dishwasher are old, but work OK. Walk-in shower great. I'm sure Natasha will buy some egg cups after reading this review, but they were a strange omission unless we were too stupid to find them! Oh, and a note to say what day to put the bins out is needed. Bins were all full outside in the garden. All in all though, we really enjoyed our 2 day stay and the fact we're considering returning tells you all you need to know. Thanks Natasha.

This was our third time staying at Fountain House. The house is full of character and is very cosy and comfortable - having the wood burning stove is fantastic. The location is great, right in the heart of the village so really easy to explore the local shops, cafés and restaurants. There are also some amazing walks that start from the village square.

We had a great stay in Falkland. the house was cosy and comfortable and within walking distance of great cafes, gift shops, pubs and lovely walks.

We stayed as an extended family of 8, ranging from children to grandparents because we were attending a wedding nearby. The house was wonderful. The location was amazing - coffee shop next door, local pubs, lovely shops and scenery. The house was warm, and very well equipped. The bedroom configuration worked well for us. Natasha was very helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay 😊x
