Very nice apartment and a great place for family vacations. The host is very friendly and answers questions quickly. We will recommend to our friends, we hope to come to this place again next time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo is pristinely located and was fairly easy to locate. The unit is modernly decorated and the kitchen is adequately stocked with utensils, dishware, cookware, and appliances. There's a mini market located on the ground floor of the building for extra convenience. The beach is within walking distance and the unit is equipped with beach supplies if needed. If one of your primary reasons for booking is the balcony - please check with the host before booking to verify accessibility. The building is currently going through renovations which may affect the unit. Also, read through the entirety of the house rules....the building does charge a one time registration fee upon check-in for parking. Overall, the building staff is extremely friendly and helpful and helped towards facilitating a wonderful stay along with the host.

My family and I stayed at this apartment over our April break and we had a great time. Amazing location, a short 5 min walk to the beach local park and great building amenities including pool. The apartment itself is updated and super clean. Sergio was easy to contact and replied promptly to all of my questions during my stay. Would def rent this property again and highly recommend.
