So I have to be completely honest! This was the worst experience I have ever had using Airbnb. The actual place and location was very nice but the actual functionality of it was not so good. I literally had NO HAT WATER THE ENTIRE STAY!!!! I communicated this as soon as I noticed on the first day. They didn’t send anyone out until the next day after I reminded them again. The gentlemen was unable to fix the water heater and said it was a bigger problem. They then started to make excuses and offered no other options or consideration. This was a weekend of cold showers. Horrible. Great place but literally it is not functional and the communication was TERRIBLE. I have pics and screenshots of every conversation. Highly upset

Está ves muy mala suerte al llegar no me respondían y tenía dudas con las indicaciones, después me avisaron al llegar que un baño tenía fuga mucha herramienta y materiales por la reparación súper sucio e inseguro estaba fatal nunca lo arreglaron otro con un cristal roto y con residuos aún, uno más se salía toda el agua de la regadera. En el principal había cabellos en la regadera y sábanas con manchas.

El departamento tiene unas vistas espectaculares, debido a la esplendorosa ubicación. Es muy confortable y cuenta con los servicios descritos a la perfección. El internet es bueno. La atención y comunicación con Nino fue excelente; muy atento y presto al contestar algunas dudas. En general es una gran estancia.
