it was absolutely beautiful and clean and quiet. staff took care of all of our needs. would highly recommend for peace and quiet. and it felt like our own private beach! really appreciate it and thanks again to Stephen and hui
Beautiful private beach front location. Stefan greeted us and even got us groceries (paid by us with a fee). The home is away from all the noise but close enough to get to the shops in a bike or car. We loved the daily housekeeping and ocean view. Stefan was very communicative and pleasant.
This place is absolutely gorgeous! Falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean is magical. Josè came each day to clean and make sure we had everything. He is so friendly and kind! This is at the very end of the hotel zone and super quiet and away from the clubs. The pool was large and wonderful. I work remotely and the internet was good enough to stream music and attend video conference calls each day even from outside on the deck overlooking the Caribbean Sea ❤️ I highly recommend this property!
Our visit exceeded expectations and if we return to Tulum, we will stay at Rancho San Eric. Stefan, Hui, and the staff were absolutely welcoming and helpful. The house and property were serene and gorgeous. We spent a lot of time at the beach and Casa Colibri felt quiet and secluded, but we also found it reasonable to walk down the road and feel like a part of the action--visit restaurants, boutiques, grab a cocktail. This property offers the best of both worlds.
This place is PERFECT for family or group of friends in Tulum. Being right on the sand and having what feels like your own private beach is amazing. The location is walkable to a lot of shops & restaurants but also feels nice & quiet being situated at the end of the hotel zone strip. The staff are absolutely wonderful - we really enjoyed chatting with them and they were really helpful with any questions we had (plus the daily cleaning is especially nice). It feels like you're in a little neighborhood with the other properties around you, but you have all the privacy you need. I'd highly recommend this place and we'll definitely be coming back in the future!
