I’m going to miss the hip bungalow! I was able to work and get exercise without any issues. The neighborhood is surprisingly quiet at night. The proximity to Debs Park with its many trails and spectacular views was great for daily walks. The location was great as home base for exploring the city, the coast and Angeles National Forest. I would recommend Roxana’s place for an extended stay.

Roxanna’s place was great to stay in during a long-term visit to the LA area. I really appreciated having off street parking, just know it’s pretty tight pulling in and out if you’ve got an suv or anything bigger. I worked remotely and didn’t have any issues with the Wi-Fi while I was there either.

Roxanna's bungalow was a lovely place to spend a month working in LA. The place was cute and comfortable, and effort has obviously been put into making it a lovely design and space. We appreciated the private parking (can fit 2 small cars), lovely porch, stocked kitchen, blackout shades, and AC. Wifi worked great. Like other reviews mention we were able to access laundry in one of her neighboring listings (takes quarters). Roxanna was very responsive to the very few issues and concerns we had. Since the neighborhood is dense and other houses are close there is a fair amount of noise, but it did not bother us as we're used to city life. We never felt unsafe. If you are sensitive to noise you might have a problem. Highly recommend taking a walk around Ascot Hills Park. Thanks Roxanna for a great stay!

This little bungalow was small, but very cute and clean. Roxanna obviously tried to include features that would make visitors comfortable. Any time we had a question, she would get back to us immediately and would go out of her way to make sure we were satisfied. The neighborhood isn't great for walkability because it is adjacent to some pretty busy streets. We have a dog, so we walk daily. Fortunately, there are walkable neighborhoods and dog parks within a short drive. We thought Roxanna's place was a good value and we would definitely recommend it!

Roxanna place was cozy, easy to find and clear instructions for check-in. The place was spotless when we arrived and we felt right at home. The bed was comfortable and very spacious. The property was located in a nice area that is close to a lot of things. If you are taking a dog with you like we did, then the neighbourhood is dog friendly. It’s not mentioned in the amenities but Roxanna does have a washer and dryer in the neighbouring lot that is useful if you are staying at the property for a while. The property has a private driveway which made us feel more private and secure with the option the lock both the main gate and walk-in gate. This is out of Roxanna’s control but the only negative we have to mention is that if you are noise sensitive then be aware of the neighbour behind the property. The gentleman woke us up numerous times on a weekend at 6am by yelling on his phone.
