Enjoy Northern Lights on the slope of Kaunispää! A fully equipped cozy apartment is in a quiet area. Yet only 10 minutes walk and you will reach restaurants and other services in the village. The beautiful nature is around you. Ski in -ski out, bike or hike. All the outdoor activities are close by. Free parking in front of the house. Bus stop from the airport close by. This is an ideal place whether you want to relax in front of the cozy fireplace or actively explore the Lappish nature. Downstairs is 46 m2 including living room with fireplace, bedroom, kitchen, separate toilet, shower room, sauna, drying room and hallway. The loft has 17 m2 with additional four beds. We recommend this apartment for max 4 guests.

Small, basic place, but has everything we needed. Marianne was a very friendly and responsive host. The place was not super clean, but for all other areas it got 5* (location, accurate description, ease of communication with host, etc).

We had an incredible few days at Marianne’s simple, cosy cottage. Lapland is just incredible and Marianne’s place is a good base, with slopes and shops being walkable. Marianne even gave us a tip which helped us catch the northern lights! Thanks again!
We had a wonderful stay in the cosy cabin. Marianne was very helpful and arriving and getting around was very easy by foot, although it is far enough away to not notice the bigger hotels in the village. The area is very quiet.
Nice and cozy place. Marianne is very attentive with good details, even during the stays, which is wonderful. Close to the beautiful places and restaurants.

There is free parking in front of the house.
After every scheduled flight to Ivalo airport there is a bus that comes very close to the apartment. If you tell the driver the address he/she will drop you off 100 meters from the apartment.
