Evan's place was great to stay at. It is a perfect location for walking to the beach and walking to the town shops. Inside, the studio was beautiful with great ammenities!
Wide studio perfect size , and ambient room temperature is amazing
This was such a wonderful stay! My husband and I stayed here for a week and we were so sad to leave. The space is perfect for two. It was clean, comfortable, and had a nice back patio area. It was a short walk to the beach, super walkable to all the local shops and restaurants. We barely drove unless we were going to another beach or city for the day. I also appreciate how responsive Evan was! He checked in periodically throughout our stay and gave very clear instructions on everything! I highly recommend this airbnb! One thing to note — there is another airbnb unit directly above this space, and if they are a lively bunch, you will hear everything. This didn’t bother me or my husband because it’s something we’re used to, but I could definitely see how it could bother someone who may be a light sleeper or truly looking for a quiet space. All the good outweighed this, it was just minor for us!

excellent location, fully equipped and all furniture and equipment is of excellent quality. Only slight negative is it can get a little noisy depending on who is staying in the apartment above.

When you want to venture further, Carlsbad Village Train Station is just over a mile away or you can take an Uber or taxi with plenty of cars available at all times.
The bus system with a stop only a 3 minute stroll away, can also get you around Carlsbad and to neighboring coastal towns.
If driving is more your style, you’ll have free parking for your stay and be close to the 5 freeway and just a quick trip to other popular attractions like Legoland, Del Mar Racetrack, or SeaWorld San Diego.
