Great location, very walkable to restaurants. Inn itself had beautiful outdoor space, friendly check-in. Common kitchen well appointed though not readily accessible due to being on 2nd floor. Room interior very clean, though very cramped. Had space heater and small wall air conditioner. Bathroom updated, but small. Could have used a shelf? Bed mediocre (retained body heat, and felt like falling off the sides). Did not like watching TV from bed. Bed comfort mediocre-retained body heat and edges no supportive so felt like was falling out of bed all night. Though this Inn has many positives, do not feel it is worth the price, and therefore would not stay here again.

Quiet, comfortable and lots of character and history. Loved the overall ambiance. The staff were pleasant to deal with and helpful.

What a cute spot in a cute town! We wish we had longer to explore, but we were only there for about 12 hours. Renee, who checked us in was delightful and clearly has a love for the inn and area. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who was in the area visiting Mesa Verde.

Just what we needed in a place to stay! Mesa Verde was close by and after working up an appetite, we were able to walk to a restaurant. Great location. Would book again if ever visiting in the future.
