Cabinet where the grease trap is, should be sprayed once in a while against insects. I don't like it when I open cabinets and a lot of creatures start running. Equipment for cooking needs is not sufficient. For cooking a boiled egg, had to use the only pot that I found, and that was a very big one (5 l size). Wood print foils coming off on a lot of kitchen cabinets. Should be fixed by a woodworker with some glue.

Avoid this place until two major issues are fixed. First, at check-in, they required me to pay extra money so that they could photocopy my ID. I've already paid AirBnB, it is a violation of AirBnB rules for guests to pay such extraneous charges, which were not disclosed until after my booking. Furthermore, if you want to photocopy my ID, that is up to you as the host to figure out how to do that or absorb the costs for doing so. Second, the hot water does not work. It will come on warm for a few seconds, then turn cold, and the warmth might return just a short time a few minutes later before disappearing again. When I asked the host about this at 1030pm, I did not hear back from her until 12 hours later and I was about to check out. At that time, she acknowledged that she knew about this issue and wrote, "When the water pressure gets low, it somehow affect the water heater. Instead of bearing the full load of pressure, it clicks back to cold and kicks back again to warm/hot." Other than that, the room is sparsely furnished and just a few amenities, but there is decent living space and it is very central in Newtown Cebu. The neighboring C-Suites hotel is half the price and frequented by Japanese business travelers, might be a more consistent option.

생각보다 넓고 아늑합니다 식기류도 다 갖추어져있고 주변에 편의시설도 많아서 편해요 와이파이도 잘잡혀서 좋습니다 딱 한가지 단점은 개미가 좀 돌아다녀요.. 이거빼면 모든면에서 완벽한숙소일듯합니다
