The property and its surroundings are stunning and perfect for a large group getaway. Colin was present to answer any queries at check in which was helpful and took time out to show us the route through the estate into Devizes. The walk route from the front gate to to Devizes is also not far and easy to do. I would not hesitate to recommend staying at home covert to a friend, was fantastic

The house and grounds are huge and amazing. Colin went above and beyond as a host, driving us to the local supermarket after our grocery delivery failed to turn up. Highly recommended.

Perfect location for a large group. Great walks straight from the house and not too far from Devizes centre. Would recommend!

A big beautiful house, with stunning gardens and woods for rambling. Colin was kind and gracious, and left us to ourselves for the weekend. We had a couple of radiator leaks which when we asked Colin about he responded to quickly, but the house was warm, and the aga was a brilliant thing. The games room was our absolute highlight, as well as having those long tables to sit and eat and cook and enjoy each other's company. I love the little bits previous guests have left behind - having herbs and spices and some tea on arrival is so lovely. Everything was clean and the place smells amazing. We walked in the woods and played games on the lawn, and the hidden magnolia garden is gorgeous. I had the best birthday weekend and I can't thank Colin enough.

My and my friends had a great stay at the property. Everything was functional, pristine and exactly as described. The woodland setting was perfect to get out for hikes and there were plenty of shops 2-3 minutes drive from the property. We will definitely be visiting again!
